Stayed here for a number of days as a loved one was having emergency life saving surgery. The hotel rooms are decent, although daily cleaning needs to be requested. They have taught their staff that even if a package of coffee or a garbage bag is needed, you need to call the front desk and don't talk to the staff that may be right outside your door.
