Legitimately one of the worst hotels I've ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room looks like it hasn't been renovated or even properly maintained in 10 years, the hallways were dirty, the entrance to the hotel was constantly surrounded by people chain smoking, and the pool was closed due to maintenance on a Saturday which could not be repaired because apparently keeping a maintenance person on staff is a luxury reserved for hotels that actually care.
We had corporate meetings today and also tomorrow at this site. I was really impressed by the high level of service you provided. Thank you for the fresh salads, delicious wraps and sandwiches followed by dessert. I also love the array of teas. Your staff is amazing. I love how you have a beautiful layout with 'foliage' at this site. I love the koi pond.
