I had to upgrade due to my pet but the service was awesome. The staff was very accommodating. Will definitely return!

Got the king suite, expecting a bit of luxury cor the very hight price (even with the $80 discount) the room stunk , blinds were falling apart , one tv didnt work the other one in the room would cut out every few minutes, shower was a single stream of high-pressure water that flooded the bathroom, and the thermostat didnt work and room was 25°c worst sleep ever. Very unimpressed with how run down that room was. Staff wS very helpful when chequimg in
Rooms, location, and the pool are fine as far as 3-star hotels in Winnipeg are. However, contacting customer service regarding booking was a headache. After requesting a cancelation for my room during my last stay because of the sudden temporary pool closure this weekend, I've spent a week in contact with customer service about my room cancellation refund.
