We are staying here for family staycation about 3 days 2 nights, my children are so looking forward to the swimming pool and water slide right there, so we booked this hotel as one of my kids birthday celebration, hopefully our kids and family members have enough time to play & swimming & rest in one place ......but very disappointed is that, during the process we check-in, the staff told us that the hot water system of swimming pool has problems so that they should better to close the facility until the repairs done, now is... read more

There seems to be two sides to this hotel and in my opinion after checking in, they racial profile people checking in. I left my business card for a call back and have not heard from anyone since. I checked in with my family and proceeded to our room. The halls were dirty and the room smelled musky. I went to the front desk and asked for a different room. Went to the dinner theater...did not stay at the hotel.. The Abba show at the theater was underwhelming...I've seen shows here before that were energetic and had a flow to them This one was at best mediocre..
