From the delicious food to the warm and attentive service, everything exceeded our expectations when they hosted my daughter's 18th birthday last June 6th. Every request we had was met with kindness and a smile. Your genuine hospitality made us and our guests feel welcomed. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our experience so memorable. The service at the front desk and in the breakfast area was excellent. I’d like to give a special thanks to Valeria at the front desk and Maria, the waitress. The room was wonderful; we were very satisfied.
We enjoyed the lunch buffet; lovely supervisor Kate took care of us and provided us with excellent customer service. Definitely, Next time, we will come to try the Sunday brunch.
Valeria at front desk was excellent; professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. She made the first impression a top notch experience.
