It was long 5 hours drive to get at the hotel I was assuming that I got room organized by the conference committee, I was upset that they told me I was supposed to be book my on room and the lady suggested to book near by but I don’t want to travel every day to be at the conference but the lady ( Maritza)heard the conversations and she helps me really awesome!, my long day was gone right away. Noisy rooms , book only if you want to stay up all night. The corridor doors bang all night and kids are running around in the main corridor ( at night). Do not recommend.

It was clean and comfortable. I would have given 5 stars but lacked the extras like bottled water, extra cups, no kitchen table. Also no pool at this hotel. The main hotel restaurant has no gluten free bread options but the casino restaurant takes extra precautions and sends the chef to your table. The parking is quite secure with mobile security guards monitoring the lot. Overall it is a pretty good hotel.

WARNING : when you book a 2 bed room and have the email confirmation it means nothing. Then instead of fixing the problem they reply to your review. I cannot believe how bad the customer service is!! They will change your room to a one bed without asking and then when you ask what happened they will lie and say that is what you booked. The manager will not call you back or care at all. I would never book here again. What is the point of making a reservation of they will change it without permission! Be warned they don't care... read more
