Many, many, many issues at this Hamilton location. Tried it twice and was very disappointed both times. (The Office Manager was an absolute sweetheart though!) Switched to Canabo's Oakville clinic as a result, and will be going there from now on. (It's worth the extra drive to be this happy with the quality of care received in Oakville.) On the positive? I couldn't believe how badly I was treated .The skinny old woman Dr was yelling and screaming and belittling the nurses while everyone in the waiting room watched. I was in the room waiting for her with one nurse and the so called Dr came in, stood 2 feet in front of me while I was sitting and crossed her arms and started yelling at me. Now I admit I had a bad urine test. She even yelled at me for having marijuana in my system. She didn't even ask what I was there for.
