Some of the best food I've had in a while. I especially loved the Clam & Winter Melon soup, the Chongqing chicken, and the string beans with bean curd.

Canaan Restaurant offers some of the freshest and tastiest food, certainly, in the Cerritos area. Service is friendly and courteous. Dishes from their dim sum collection are exceptionally good. I'm a huge fan of the salt & pepper pork chops. But what has always impressed me with each visit is the freshness of each dish. Everything is well prepared, consistently flavorful and enjoyable. And the music played in the background makes the meal an extra "blessed" encounter!

Food was good but service wasn't that good food was brought out in wrong order normally Soup should have been brought out and served and scooped to the bowls but other dishes came out first and when the soup came out the just placed it in the center and left the big bowl there for us to serve to our own bowls
