Dr Prater and his staff are great!
My wife was in terrible hip pain out of the blue. Dr Prater had no answers, did not listen, did not try to really understand what was actually going on, and was often unresponsive for long, long periods to help her when she was in excruciating pain. He just seems like a conceited frat boy who does not care at all. He even thought it would be good idea to call my wife a "skinny white girl". I cannot say enough about Dr Prater and his staff. I first met with him I believe late winter or early spring 2024 - 2025. After having extensive chiropractic treatment, using OTC pain medicine, corticosteroid shots and anti inflammatory medications I’d had enough. I met with Dr Prater who agreed I needed a total hip replacement due to osteoarthritis. The surgery was scheduled for sometime in July only to be cancelled as I had not received 6 weeks of PT.
