Can’t speak on his surgical ability however I can say his rude bedside manner had me furious. I’ve suffered from terrible arthritis in both knees since my early 20’s and have been to so many doctors for help and I’ve tried everything they’ve recommended for me with no lasting relief. I am delighted with my new hip. Dr Prater always takes time to explain and listen to my questions and concerns.
I already left 1 review I wasn't happy with the check in experience! If we coming there we are in pain, standing in line with only 1 check in desk open could sit or would lose your spot in line, my opinion is do like they used to do in 70s like a butcher shop take a number and have a seat , but that's my only complaint, Dr prator was fast efficient and courteous! Nothing like the the reviews people left about him
Dr. Prater is awesome. He throughly explains what and why he does something. He made me feel at ease about my surgery and recovery and into my therapy. He extended my therapy because he listened to my needs and how I was progressing. I wish all doctors did that. His staff is excellent as well. Very professional.
