extremely unsatisfied. katie, my nail tech was extremely unprofessional and rude the entire time i was getting my nails done. she cut my finger and brushed it off like nothing had happened. at one point when i had told her i was in pain, she replied with “no you’re not”. she also seemed to be extremely bothered by my presence the entire time. every little movement i made would lead her to let out a big sigh afterwards. this whole experience led to me having extreme anxiety the entire time because i did not feel welcomed. i w... read more

Each time I come here there is an issue. Last time I had an appointment and waited 40 minutes after the appointment time and finally left. Tried again today. Called last night for an appointment, got there this morning and they have no record of it. Poor, poor customer service. I will never attempt to come here again.
