I wouldn’t wish them on anyone. Do your research and quickly look up claims against them with the CCB. (Easy to google it and then you just need their CCB number.) No contractor worth anything would have that many complaints with the CCB. It’s not just me, this happens a lot for them. I had them do drywall for a 750 square-foot addition. They were supposed to start in April 2023, but got delayed and started in May. They didn’t finish until September, five months later, and even then I took on the final details. We started working with Canaan Land in late July for a bathroom renovation project that he said would be done by end of August. He front-loaded the payment and asked for the midway check on 8/14. As soon as he had the second check he became unresponsive, stopped working on the project, and when he has taken the time to respond has made up a new excuse every single week for why he didn't show up when he said he would. I used to work here. They owe me $700 for ads I posted on their behalf and they still haven't paid me, even after showing receipts, 2 years later. They dodge my court summons and refuse to answer my calls. Bad business practices.
Awesome service! These guys were prompt about handling my multiple projects over the years. From remodeling my house, to getting my yard fenced in. I Would definitely recommend them to anyone with home upgrading needs and 1000% would use them again!!!
