Canaan Homes helped us end up in a home that we absolutely love. We made changes with the interior layout which Canaan Homes helped work through and did not put a delay in our schedule and were open to feedback when provided. Unfortunately we did have delays due to our build happened during 2020, but there was open communication on delays and we worked together to come up with solutions on modifications of material/finishes. Canaan Homes built our amazing new dream home, and they did it during a time of immense challenges due to supply chain issues, lumber shortages, labor issues, and inflation. Canaan marched through every challenge. During the initial design phase, they patiently worked with us to incorporate our custom design ideas. My wife and I are first-time home buyers and Canaan Homes was recommended to us by our realtor. This company is awesome. They worked with us from quote to completion! They know what they are doing and are genuinely nice guys. They really went out of their ways and did extra to make sure the job was done correctly. These guys have a distinct eye for detail and offer up some great ideas when we were going over our floor plan. Foundation and framing went up before we knew it! I really like the idea of having allowances for flooring, appliances, lighting, and so many more items. It really gives us more flexibility and the opportunity to go absolutely anywhere we want to pick out our unique flooring options.
