Had a great first visit with the doctor. I needed a local doc to see after getting insurance off the marketplace. Easy to get appt, front desk folks were great. Nice and to the point. Local to me, so 5 minute drive. Did checkup. Very open and honest with him and him with I. Easy and talked about a physical and then potentially other appts with other docs.
Horrible experience. Staff discriminated against individual with intellectual disability. refused to see these individual and withheld paperwork. Even instructor our facility to find different doctors. Arceneaux refused to completed after visit summary. Staff and Dr. Arceneaux reported false claims indicating that we were abusing the individuals we took to their practice in order to discourage us from taking the individuals to their practice. Horrible experience, will recommend that current and potential patients stay away.
Dr.Arceneaux is was great. He was very brief and to the point with my treatment. He answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend him and this office staff are terrific.

I NEVER post reviews, but thought other patients would benefit from this. I came to this doc to discuss a severe health issue, which I believe stemmed from a nutritional issue. I brought with me all the vitamins I take and even wrote down my daily meals. The doctor spent a total of three minutes with me, he didn’t look at the vitamins or foods and simply printed out FOUR specialists for me to see.
