I am so glad I found this clinic. The staff is so kind and respectful. The clinic's personalized approach made me feel like I had a personal coach, which was incredibly reassuring. Thank you so much for all you do!
Just as a previous reviewer stated, the provider, Lolade Ogunleye, is not sincere and comes across as disinterested. In addition, the "office" staff interactions feel sketchy. They will not answer the phone on purpose so they can decide if they want to speak with you or call you back. Most recently, I asked the man with a strong Indian accent about who the owner was. In response, he ignored me and kept saying I am the office Manager. I told him my concerns and he offered no insight on how to resolve the issue and was extreme... read more
