Update: I went back today, I was styled by Betty. My appt started at a good time, communication was up to par and my hair looks amazing. I came to the salon after speaking with the owner, Jessica, who advised me to come in and speak with Betty to get more details about the cost of a style and whether it could be done. I really love this salon, but I was quite frustrated during my recent visit when I found the doors locked despite it being within operating hours. Several of us were left waiting outside, and when we reached out, we were simply informed that they weren’t open without any further explanation. If the hours have changed, it would be helpful to update your website and Google listing. Thank you!
