As others have mentioned, Can Do was superb until the new owner, Jane, took over. Here are just some of the issues we faced: 1. They changed my cleaning time (as in what they would be cleaning) without telling me. My cleaner told me when she walked through the door and said they emailed me about it. I had really high hopes for this company, but we didn't have a great experience. We hired them for the hopes of setting up a cleaning maintenance schedule for our apartment, and they insisted on performing a "deep clean" for their initial visit. They quoted us $275 for cleaning the common space, with an additional $150 for cleaning two rooms for a total over $400. This company was great until it changed its administration. They asked for more money and did less work, they said they needed an extra hour to add a duvet cover to the same wash and would leave 2 hours early, as soon as we left the house (we have cameras and alarm alerts) they are refusing to answer our calls and refuse to reply to my texts and return my house key. They are horrendous to deal with. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
Great staff. Attention to detail appreciated.
