Extremely disappointed! Jacqueline McDaniel, APRN, who is also my Primary Care Provider, as well as the central office, has no idea what they are doing. During my recent appointment, I was taken to an examination room and left completely unattended for 1 and 1/2 hours. I proceeded to the waiting room and literally asked, "Did you forget about me?"
