Well it has a better rating than the last clinic lol 😂💀well I know where this is located because I go around this around for food every month lol 😂💀 except they accept my insurance next year lol 😂💀I guess I will wait next year because the other one isn't answering the phone with a low rating and the other one didn't give a new estimate and Ani't accepting new patients lol 😂
Very disappointed with CAN Community Health in Jacksonville. I scheduled an appointment for STD blood work, which was confirmed over the phone on Monday. However, when I arrived on Friday, I was told they were only offering rapid HIV testing and that my appointment had been rescheduled without my knowledge or consent. They claimed they called me the day before, but I received no missed calls, voicemails, emails, or notifications. This is completely unacceptable. The staff here from the front desk receptionist to the doctors to the lab Assistance. Everyone in this office is so professional. I had a dentist appointment and the way Mr. Hayes and Ms. Marines Made not only my visit worry free, they made me feel like a person and not just a number. I can’t explain the empathy and care, and patience that was provided. I am so glad I switched my service back to Cann. I truly love this place and the staff for showing up for the community the way they do.
