Downhill since takeover. Was a patient at the Oakland Park Clinic before it was taken over by CAN a year ago. Service has gone downhill and patient care no longer seems to be a priority. I've been without critical medications for 3 days and still have not gotten refills approved. Spoke to the Office Manager today after 5 attempts and then calling the Main office in Tallahassee only to be told they were busy and next time I should call 10 days before I need a refill.
