I went to Can Oto because my Tesla had a vibration problem at higher speeds. I explained that I was trying to find the cause of the vibration and that I suspected a wheel balance issue. Terrible experience at this place,post sales service they, purchased a car and with some repairs to do what owner promised to fixed,obviously he never accomplished at sone point never answered the phone or returned phone calls,he thinks hes so smart doing it they are a ripoff lie after lie,never comeback even for an oil changed…
I’ve always had body/paint work done here. It’s always perfect and never had a problem matching existing paint. You want good body work at an affordable price this is the place to come. They’ve done doors, tailgates, and quarter panels for me. They also installed my New wheels.
I wanted to wait to make this review in case the problem came back. I took my car here for a diagnostic because I was hearing a sound coming from my car. When i got my car back it was in complete limp mode. I tried talking to the mechanic and not only was he rude but he told me he didn’t do anything but plug my car into their car scanner which I know is false if you truly did a FULL diagnostic. I had to purchase a tire and the staff was very helpful. They had a good selection and quickly removed my flat. They also placed the spare back in the trunk.
