Great customer service with Can-Am. But unfortunately they get eggs from Bank where they don’t care about quality. We get a egg lot from Fairfax with Can-Am. After talking with a specialist, we were told that the eggs were not of good qualities (the eggs were too small). We end up with one small blastocyst so no waranty. We have been told that eggs this small wouldn’t even have been kept normally for an IVF. So now we end up with nothing for that huge amount of money.
