These people absolutely destroyed my life and business after 10 yrs being at a unit. Paying triple my neighbors rent. So upset. Not sure why they dont want tenants.
I would give this 0 star if I could. Terrible property management company, if you can call it that. The office is extremely disorganized and the manager has the worst attitude I've ever seen. The building would be leaking water and dripping into the office space and he would refuse to fix it, arguing it's the tenant's issue. This is also a first time I've been to a common bathroom with no windows and ALSO no ventilation fan. Seems like they don't have anyone working here. No one will assist you. I'm trying to contact these guys about information on a property lease. First time I called the receptionist that answered couldn't hear me and I had to continuously yell into my phone. Then tells me a name of a staff member that doesn't handle leases. Then tells me the person I'm looking for is on lunch and to call back in an hour. Refused to leave a message for me. I then call an hour later I am informed that the person has left for the day.
