We have lived at Camson in a top floor, two bedroom, apartment for almost a year now. Our experience has been AMAZING! Maintenance is always extremely quick, if we need any help. The leasing office staff are all kind and even offer snacks, food, or events throughout the year - which make for a great lunch break! The location is fantastic. Sprouts, Dillon’s, CVS, Walmart, Twisted Fresh, Scooters, Roy’s Wine and Spirits, 92 Chicken, and so so much more are all within a 5 minute drive. I really like my apartment but the way the management office handles things is lacking. I just gave my notice that I am moving May 31st...3 months from now. I got a text message telling me that they are showing my apartment to a prospective tenant this week. ALL of my things are still there. I STILL LIVE THERE. I asked for more reasonable hours or times and said I am available on the weekend as I work an hour away from home. They said they don't have property managers on the weekend.
