Worked with Florentine and very impressed with the hospitality. We bought a 2011 bmw 335 and when we got it home we had it checked. The dealership was impressed with the attention to detail on making sure everything was in good shape from the engine, intake, brakes, etc. Clear, concise communication was perfect with Florentine and his team. Update: we purchased this vehicle in Sept, 2023 for our son and it has been flawless. Excellent communication with Florentine and his business.
