If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst experience in 22 years of being in an HOA, is having CAMS mgt. They bought our former company. They send letters to wrong homes. They just sent 2 exact same dues bill to every home and they were told not to send it all. So they doubled down and sent 2. They have cited the wrong covenants in letters to hoa members. the board will tell them something and they acknowledge and the do the opposite. They will not talk to a HOA member. leave message and they will "call you back in two day... read more

My wife and I met Christie Black at the Myrtle Beach CAMS office when we attempted to get an app for access into our community and its amenities. Christie followed CAMS protocol requiring proof of home ownership. She phoned the lawyer who immediately provided the necessary closing documents. The homeowner portal can be quite cluttered if you happen to own more than one home in any communities managed by CAMS. No matter which neighborhood you own a home in, ALL of the neighborhoods that CAMS manages documentations show up in your documents list. For example, I own homes in 3 different neighborhoods managed by them. When I am trying to follow up on an ARC request for 1 specific home in 1 neighborhood there are pages and pages of their community neighborhood emails in ALL of the neighborhoods, I have to try to manu... read more

I own a lot of property and this is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. They break rules and laws and are in the process of being sued for housing discrimination. In my experience with cams they do not try to help but instead try to do as little as possible and anytime you make a phone call you're lucky if you get it returned within 48 hours. I could never recommend a company who takes your money and wants to do nothing to help the community. Just my opinion.

Just stopped in the Myrtle Beach office because my wife and I just settled on a house in Hidden Brooke. The staff were very polite and got us set up in time. Answered all out questions. The process was very easy and the staff were polite and professional.

I am writing a review for Barbara Brozdowski, who works in the Myrtle Beach office. She helped me with two aspects of an March ARC request Well the request was approved, so Barbara definitely helped me.
