Cam seemed like a nice guy who had just started his small HVAC business, so I decided to help him. He quoted me about 17k to replace my unit. He reused moldy plenum ducting, moldy plenum inner insulation, and didn't seal the plenum in the back where it was out of site. He didn't nitrogen purge while soldering, which shortens your system's life. Cam also used a fraudulent duct testing guy to do his leak testing once he was done.
