I think I've found my new mechanic home! They are kind, professional and above all knowledgeable and trustworthy. They gave me a reasonable quote for my upcoming brake job, and diagnosed other upcoming non-urgent issues! I'll definitely be back and make a note they close early on Fridays!
Hi, the service I received was neutral, neither particularly friendly nor unfriendly, but I appreciate the honesty displayed by the staff. So glad I found CAMS Automotive. All signs were leading towards a dealership (ford) repair on my vehicle including long wait time, overinflated markups on OEM parts, crazy labor costs and poor customer service. CAMS was able to diagnose, make recommendations and complete the repair on time as promised saving me so much I had them throw in a full break job! Great service and great employees.
I worked mainly with Justin, who was polite and gave good customer service on the surface. But honestly, it felt like a lot of talk that didn’t match the follow-through. They fixed one issue, but in the process, created new ones. Right after the repair, my son’s check engine light came on, and he noticed a strange noise from the engine.
