Ilana D was my stylist. She was nice. But didn’t scrub scalp enough or hard enough when washing hair which caused me to hair a lot of dandruff. I never have that problem. Then I asked for a silk press & it looked liked a blowout and it still does. Edges wasn’t done. My ends look horrible. Told her I didn’t want my ends cut but she proceeded to cut my hair off due to her thinking I need them cut. Look like she cut most of my hair off instead of just the ends. I will never go back.
