I booked a tour for a group of fourteen ladies to visit four wineries on a Saturday afternoon earlier this month. There was an issue with the van, which got our tour started about 30 minutes late, but the company was great in keeping contact to provide regular status updates. They also called our first vineyard to let them know of the delay, and gave us extra time on the back end of our reservation with no charge.
