There's horrible - and then there's this company. From top to bottom they are the worst of the worst and there is no close second. Run the other away before you do business with this company or reside in one of their units. Their staff are rude, unhelpful, untrustworthy and just awful. There's no shortage of proper developers in Toronto - this company AINT IT.
Except major delays buying with these guys. I'm talking 3-5 years delays.
To all real estate agent, they will not pay your commission as long as they can.
