Very disappointing experience at Camrose Medical Clinic. I was given the wrong appointment date by staff, later admitted as their mistake, yet I’m being charged extra to rebook. I also received no reminder. Patients should not be penalized for staff errors. I would like management to fix this issue and take responsibility.
Best medical experience to be had in Camrose. There is a strong cohesion between the doctors and pharmacy which makes communication so much easier. There is an in-office online option for when the in-person doctors are full. Most importantly, everyone is very kind and helpful. This place is actively trying to repair our broken healthcare system in Camrose and I can't recommend enough. Big shoutout to Brad (Balaram) at the pharmacy!
They were able to get me into an appointment no problem. Very reliable clinic, and friendly staff.
