We had lived in our apartment for two years, and upon our move out, Campusview Real estate excessively charged us upon move out for "damages". They stated that "carpet matting," and "not moving our furniture" was damaging enough that they needed to replace the carpet. Two years of simply living in an apartment will mat the carpet regardless. They also stated that there was "dust" in every room, and therefore charged us in excess for that "damage."
