This is a wonderful apartment complex. Yes, it is a snug little hole in the wall, but it is a good one. Has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, double sinks with vanity, two rooms, a decent living room space and some of the best management I’ve seen in apartments in a long time. When there is an issue with anything: heating, gas, plumbing, or whoever, to make it their goal to come help. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. It’s my husband and I’s first apartment together and it couldn’t not be more perfect for us! For one thing, the proximity to campus was a blessing and a half for my husband and I while I finished school. The distance was perfect for my classes in the Snow Building, and the proximity to the gym in the Hart Building made it way harder to skip leg day. This is a really good place to live! Super awesome neighborhood and the maintenance guys are super friendly! I would give this place more stars if I could! It’s right next to campus too which was so nice! They have super cool managers! They were reliable, even helped me outside of office hours a couple times when I was in a bind! 10/10
I’ve loved living here! Super close to campus, spacious apartments with plenty of room to fit everything with a great ward and neighbors!:)
When we lived here matinence would often come without warning of any kind, the left footprints in my bed while changing light ulbs, left bugs in my cereal from changing a kitchen light, and ended up evicting us without providing the real reason. If you want stability this is the wrong place, a year later I still haven't unpacked my new apartment because I fear a unexpected eviction.
