I had SUCH a great experience leasing from Trinity Properties. They were extremely supportive whenever we had any trouble, were very good at communicating with us, and the apartment was in great condition. Highly recommend leasing from them in Campus Walk Ave!!
I’ve had a good experience living at Trinity Properties. The apartments are spacious and well laid out, which makes them very comfortable. The location is also excellent, just minutes from Duke University, with a grocery store and gas station within walking distance. The property managers are attentive and responsive to any issues that come up. Overall, it’s a convenient and well-managed place to live, especially for students or professionals in the Duke area.
A great place to live, especially if you are a Duke student (affordable, walkable to North end of campus and two bus routes right outside the complex). The apartments are very nice, and the staff was kind. I lived there for about two years and would have lived there until I graduated but I needed a larger place for my roommates and me.
Like my home. Nice staff especially in the office.
