They’ve failed every inspection, they cut corners on purpose, amenities don’t work, all of my neighbors have complained they have leaks and their stuff doesn’t work, washers and dryers don’t work for weeks, entrances are broken and anyone can walk in, takes months for anything to get fixed after repeatedly coming, and management does the minimum on everything, office is very defensive and takes 0 accountability. The move went smoothly and there were no defects in the newly remodeled apartment. The management was very cooperative with our needs and desires.
I rented for 10 years in Madison with various property management companies, and our experience with JD McCormick was by FAR the worst. Between the management giving another tenant access to our personal property resulting in theft of priceless items (they gave someone a key to our storage unit) which were never recovered nor punished for, the 1.5+ year long maintenance request to address a fire hazard (which was only handled once the fire department was contacted because black smoke was coming out of our dryer vent), the an... read more
