This is a review for Midtown Terrace. First of all, I don’t usually write stuff like this, but I think you should be aware before thinking about moving into this place. Take this as a public service announcement. Nobody should be living in this building. The water damage alone, I can guarantee this place is filled with black mold. In Delafield Woods apartments we were texted in the 828 Division St building that they needed to do an Emergency hot water heater replacement last Thursday and we would have No Water from 11:00 am - 2:00pm. Since then the Hot Water would come on for only short times after we put in Maintenance Emergency Requests. It’s like the pilot or a switch is malfunctioning. It's fine. Hit or miss in responsiveness at times. Weird priorities, they decided to buy a Big Metal Pink Flamingo instead of more washers for an apartment complex that desperately needs working washers. Other than that, good overall. Clean and nice apartments. Edit: I'm unsure as why it won't let me respond directly to the management/owners message here.
