We leased recently this past year and had multiple problems with our place. It’s over priced for the lack of respect from the office as well as the building itself they rent. We leased a town house, and they only had AC on the bottom floor. I lived on the third floor with a roommate, and I think for the entire month of September we slept on the couch downstairs. Terribly dirty apartment (dust, rust, mold, dirt, etc). Questionable maintenance request system. Disposition letter showed $50 charges for "cardboard covering window" even though said cardboard is easily removeable by hand in 10 seconds. Another $50 charge for shelves that came wirth the apartment. Also a $50 charge for the afternath of a maintenance request that THEY did. Working with Sarah Trimborn has truly been nothing short of a miracle. She has honestly been the greatest property manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with in my entire 10 year’s as a renter. She has far exceeded any expectation’s I’ve had for a property manager. She has been extremely helpful during my entire moving process including scheduling a weekend apartment tour for myself. Horrible communication. Garbage AI chat thing for resident services. Maintenance request system "meld" is atrocious. Unable to talk to a human in any way on a weekend. Terrible company.
