I rented for 10 years in Madison with various property management companies, and our experience with JD McCormick was by FAR the worst. DO NOT LEASE HERE. This has been the worst property I’ve lived at. The maintenance team sucks. It takes months to get anything done. They come and “complete” the maintenance request but don’t actually do anything. It took them 2 months to fix a leak in my shower that was an issue when I moved in. I’m paying so much money for a dumpy place. Would absolutely not recommend, there are so many other options for students. JD McCormick has been tremendous to work with. We rent a single family home from them and they have gone above and beyond to ensure it feels like home. Maintenance is very responsive and highly reccomend!
I had lost my keys and after spending some time searching with no luck, I reached out for a replacement. Jill responded incredibly quick and was able to provide replacement keys within just a few hours! Thank you Jill for turning a frustrating week around and making it so much better!
