i called up here to refer them about a listing i'd seen and the lady at the desk IMMEDIATELY said "we're not leasing anything". i informed her that they have multiple listings for 1 bedroom apartments, across multiple sites and she proceeded to hang up. kinda funny, very unprofessional.
except for being close to the university, nothing is good about this apartment, the landlord rarely answers and she ghosted us when we wanted the deposit back.
I just spoke to someone about renting an apartment and the lady was very rude. She hung up the phone before I could ask her all of the questions about the application fee. Seeing how she was with me on the phone, I wouldn’t even want to rent with them. I’m sure that is why they have 2.2 rating.
Who built this place. Stupid configuration, poor parking, needs a remodel and a freaking doorbell system. Pathetic!
