It’s a nice place to live in Downtown Flint with a reasonably cheap rent. The owner is nice and cooperative. There is a manager who will help you in case of any repairs or any other issues. Most of the apartments are one bedroom but there is huge space. The living room is big enough to live comfortably. There is a kitchen (with a moderate Fridge), relatively small but that’s still okay to use comfortably. The bathroom has plenty space and that includes a bathtub too. Do not rent here the management is very poor I have had a bug problem since day 1 first flies now bed bugs, other tenants in my hall through out their mattress a couple weeks before I noticed any bugs in my unit as soon as I spotted one I let her know and basically I was told It could've came in in my shoes and andexterminator is very expensive...so she was going to avoid hiring one.... The rent is nice, for a good reason. There are so many things wrong with this place, mainly due to the lack of solid management, and doing the absolute bare minimum to keep the place going. First of, the area isn't the best. There isn't much to do, but if you are here for the University, then great news, it's literally a block away! It is certainly a bit sketchy on and off the property.
