except for being close to the university, nothing is good about this apartment, the landlord rarely answers and she ghosted us when we wanted the deposit back.
I just spoke to someone about renting an apartment and the lady was very rude. She hung up the phone before I could ask her all of the questions about the application fee. Seeing how she was with me on the phone, I wouldn’t even want to rent with them. I’m sure that is why they have 2.2 rating.
Who built this place. Stupid configuration, poor parking, needs a remodel and a freaking doorbell system. Pathetic!

It’s a nice place to live in Downtown Flint with a reasonably cheap rent. The owner is nice and cooperative. There is a manager who will help you in case of any repairs or any other issues. Most of the apartments are one bedroom but there is huge space. The living room is big enough to live comfortably. There is a kitchen (with a moderate Fridge), relatively small but that’s still okay to use comfortably. The bathroom has plenty space and that includes a bathtub too.
