Avoid at all costs. Don't move here and if you did, get out as soon as you can. Management is completely unreachable. We have been attempting to submit notice to vacate for over a month at this point and have received zero acknowledgement. The property is covered in trash, cigarette butts, and dog feces. The dumpster regularly overflows and furniture sits on the curb for over a month creating a prime environment for pests. Multiple units infested with roaches and I've seen several large rats as well. Glad to count myself as a FORMER resident of this disaster complex. DO NOT RENT APT A11! The place seemed great and at a good price at first, but there quickly became issues. Prepare for a sampling of headaches that have the added benefit of also hitting your wallet hard! No maintenance for months and dirty apartment when arrived. Didn’t return the deposit. They will not pick up your phone. Lady at reception is rude. These people are actually a scam. Stay away from this crappy place
