One star may be too good for this complex. Please if you're considering renting here please let it be a choice of renting here or going homeless. My fiancé moved here after looking for apartments for about two days. They had no extra apartments to view prior to moving in. Before moving in he was charged twice the deposit cost and never explained why. His first week into this complex he came to found out that it was infested with fleas. Campus View is a nice, comfortable place to live if you want 1). Peace 2). Great Stores 3). Great Schools 4). Library 5). Parks and trails. I think that says abt all there is to say! Lastly the rates of rentals is very affordable, considering mrkt-prices going up at astronomical rates!! Great staff and last but not least neighborhood is clean and quiet which I like both of!!!
Is a great apartment complex to leave in. Management is grate to work with.
