The dentist was kind and empathetic, but I’m giving this rating because the office was not transparent about costs. I booked an appointment specifically for a routine cleaning, and when I arrived they attempted to charge nearly triple the expected amount. They told me I was required to get x-rays even though I did not request them and only wanted a standard cleaning.
