gym staff are always great however, the staff at the front desk have always been rude and unwelcoming, they are usually on their phones and not paying attention to anything whenever I ask for help, additionally there are many basketball tournaments, dance tournaments and other tournaments held here, when those tournaments are held, the handicapped gates are opened to allow for patlrticipants, friends, family and anyone to enter, however anytime I go through I am stopped and asked to sign in and go through the turnstile, and ... read more
The space the Campus Recreation and Wellness provides and all of the athletic department staff make hosting events here incredible. This is our favourite venue to use for hosting events and have done so now for many years!
Great sports gym. Hosted the 2025 eastern Canadian gymnastics championships and was amazing
One of your staff needs to be respectful and not show disrespectful face expressions/gestures towards peoples exercises. Especially when u can see it clearly from the mirror reflection. Being knowledgeable about more exercises and be respectful that everyone is on their journey would help reduce that behaviour. Note: A lot of the flex staff are genuinely welcoming. I don’t want to seem I am hating. A lot of them deserve appreciation
The doctors are ok, not the best but not terrible, the receptionist at the health clinic are incompetent, I’ve been on hold for over an hour and no one has even said a word to me. I wish the school would hire better staff especially considering we pay with our tuition Edit: it’s now been an hour and a half on hold Edit 2: it’s 2 hours later and I gave up. This place sucks, all I wanted was to confirm an appointment but I guess that’s just too much to ask for. My bad I guess
