Complex is dirty and unkempt. After having multiple children in multiple college apartment complexes throughout Georgia and Alabama, this is officially the worst. Maintenance staff frequently entered the apartments while my daughter was sleeping. Over $1000 of items taken from our apartment by the " cleaning crew" that was hired by CQ to prep the apartment for new renters for the additional bedrooms in our apartment. Don't even waste your time or money here. God awful management spewing from all directions. A bunch of lies. Nasty buildings, way too many senseless overages, no compassion. Disgusting overall. Spend your money elsewhere.
First off, they won't show you one of the actual apartments you will live in. Instead, they show you a model that is far from reality! You get a big surprise on move in day! It's a dump There is NOTHING luxurious about these apartments and to advertise they are is fraud. My daughter moved in August 18, 2018. There have been TWO shootings at the complex, robbery and my daughters car has been broken into twice. Blood stains on her bedroom wall. Mold in the ceiling.
