We are revising review after Christian accused my small business of not paying rent even after I showed receipt and confirmation, he did not apologize and demanded more. We are moving and will take this to court if needed. Their manager Tabitha recently stepped down and it seems they are not prepared for that and are in a state of chaos now. Very sad as we enjoyed space.
We have been renting a small office space downtown for a few months for my tiny cleaning business that I have dreams of growing. Christian was very nice showing property and Mike in maintenance was also extremely friendly, we also see a cleaning lady who does amazing work throughout building, always making sure everything looks great and smiling. The office is quiet and I am grateful.
Rented commercial space in the Collegio. Great prices, though it's a hard building for clients to find. Phone tag is the norm and their team is hard to reach. If I ran into any issues my experience might have been different, but it was relatively smooth sailing.
I lived in a studio at the Collegio building from April 2022–Aug 2024. CP4L was great at first but was getting worse the longer I lived there. Since it's lease renewal time, it seems like a good time to leave my review. The studios are decent, some stuff getting old, but they did generally acknowledge and repair things as needed.
