Great customer service cleaned my phone for free
I had a showing scheduled online via their website and confirmed within the hour they asked for via text message in their system for 808 West Prospect Road. Showed up early, all doors were locked and nobody showed up to show the apartment. Waited for 10 minutes then left. No response or follow up from company on what happened.
CSU students please be aware of this property management company and all of its locations. Management is truly taking advantage of studnets. CSU legal services can contest what has been happening at these properties. STAY AWAY!
