This restaurant is not disability friendly. they attempt to cite food regulation when allowing people to bring in outside food and ignore ADA guidelines to make exceptions for those with disabilities. I'll not be returning here.

Your recent treatment of a patron and their family has made my choice to not ever visit either of your locations again permanent. good luck on your future in Bowling Green as we are a community that embraces it's diversity and makes accommodation a way of life especially for our special needs citizens. they deserve more empathy and understanding then you've shown.

Such a shame that you are not supportive of those with disabilities and allow your management to embarrass and ridicule families that are spending money in your establishment. After all the years you have been successful in business, one person will put a black mark on your business forever. I hope that you are addressing and dealing with this MAJOR issue. Until then, me and mine will not be back.

Horrible way to allow an employee to treat a person with disabilities! Very sad

I am a life long Wood County resident and big supporter of local business, however, after hearing how this business treated a young person with a disability—whose family members were regular customers—I am outraged and disappointed! I will take my business elsewhere!

Have supported this place for years along with my entire family, but we will not be supporting this business anymore after word got out about how this manager treated a boy with autism. My only regret is wasting my money there in the past. Go to Pisanellos instead. Better breadsticks and they’re cheaper. Never coming to Pollyeyes again.

You've got the best breadsticks, but until you work on some major sensitivity training in dealing with your special needs customers I will not be back. You should be ashamed of your manager and even more ashamed of the response you gave to the parent that was treated so poorly by the manager.
