Placed order at 5:55 for pick up, told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. Show up to pick it up at 6:50, pay and then told it isn't ready will be another 10 - 15 minutes. 15 minutes later go back in, still not ready and will be another 10 - 15 minutes. Go back 15 minutes later and still had to wait another 5 before it finally came out. Get home and the pizza was the wrong crust.
RecommendedWe ate inside today. The food was very good. Had enough leftovers to fill two boxes for lunch the next day!
The service was just awful!! Two weeks ago it took nearly an hour to get the order to the table. Today.. our last visit to Polly eyes.. we waited 20/25 minutes for a refill of our beverages and finally gave up. we took our remaining food items and walked up to the register. The young lady behind the counter seemed uninterested in what I tried to explain about our visit. Excellent pizza and breadsticks very good crust marinara sauce 4.5 out of five
Unbelievable good stuffed bread sticks. A definite must have. Pizza was amazing. Will be back for more for sure

I have no complaints about their food. Breadsticks are amazing. However, today I had an interaction I did not much care for with a man I assume is a manager. We arrived to the restaurant before they opened so we walked around the block for a bit. When we returned to eat we stopped at the car to drop off my husbands sweatshirt. We were then approached by this man asking if it was our vehicle. Which of course we said yes. He then told us not to leave our car there or it could be towed. I used to love this place! the rude behavior from their delivery drive has made me wanna boycott. screaming at me and flipping me off on wooster while trying to do 50 mile an hour is not the way to represent a company. i had 2 todlers in the car and have him 2 inches from my bumper screaming and honking. not a good image for me. i call the manager and all he says is ill have a talk with him is there anything else I can do for you? yes maybe a sorry for the rude behavior......
