DO NOT RENT HERE. The entire office staff quit. They are charging late fees to customers/ residents of $50 because nobody could open the payment drop box. I deposited a cashier's check with a date of the 1st on the 1st for example, and on the 7th they charged me a fee. Why would hold onto it when my bank has already taken my money? Maintenance is extremely lacking with ACs breaking all the time and maintenance requests being unfulfilled. Moved here to be closer to work. They charge 2k per month in rent for a 3 bedroom. They do not provide proper maintenance. After 45 days my front door still has rusted sheet metal protruding inwards, Mold and mildew in my bathroom to the extent that the bathroom vanity collapsed from rot. If you are considering moving here, refuse to move in if anything is wrong.

Beautiful units but very expensive !!! Can't believe renting cost 2x as much as a mortgage ... Now & days you're working just live & eat nothing else 🤦🏽♀️🙄
