The most awful disgusting people to deal with!
I have been a tenant at this property for over a year now. Since Jaclyn started I have noticed a truly positive improvement with how this place has been run. She keeps her word. She works really hard. She has gone above and beyond recently helping us with some maintenance issues we had in the apartment and got them resolved. Ever since moving into Oak Pointe Apartments there has been amazing approvements every day. They just redid our laundry room and the grounds are upkept thank you Dealing with staff especially has been seemless and profesional The renovated apartment, and cusfomer service has been a breath of fresh air!
Overall very happy with my apartment. The property staff are nice and helpful. The one downside was the laundry room, the machines were old and part of the room was being used as storage. I asked Jaclyn about it a couple of weeks ago and she told me it is being redone. I walked in today and the room looks great! All the storage was moved out and new machines were installed with a nice sitting area, it’s a great upgrade.
We moved in a couple of months ago and couldn’t have been happier! Our apartment is really spacious and the neighborhood is nice and quiet, I highly recommend this place. The maintenance team in particular has been great! I called in a work order and they came within a couple of hours and fixed the issue on the spot. They even went out of their way to help me move in furniture. Antonio and Jake, thank you for everything you do!
