Walk in at 3:00 order LG Italian. Walk out at 3:50 with no food. Literally it's an Italian should take 20 minutes top at a busy time of day not at 3pm. The closest I even got to getting the food was hearing where's that Italian a few times. Don't know why I even waited that long
I have been getting orders to go here for 10 years. NOT ANY MORE! I ordered a BLT extra bacon and cheese. I got cheese and extra bacon. No mayo, no lettuce no tomato. When I called up to complain they didn't offer to take it off the bill. all they said was my bill was tallied wrong for $3 less then it was suppose to be. She offered to send out some lettuce and tomato. oh goodie. YOU TAKE THE SANDWICH OFF THE BILL. At least you do if you ant to keep your customers happy and not get a bad review. VERY POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS
