Left my job twice today to get my phone repaired. 25 minutes drive I arrived at 2:30. I was told before I came in that they was gonna be done by 6. I Came in they told me gonna text me when my phone is ready and to come back by 7. I came in at 7 employee tells me he got backed up that it should be done 30-45 minutes he’s gonna give me a call or text, never told me to pick it up or anything I drive back to store get there at 8pm nobody’s there I wasn’t told it wasn’t gonna be ready and that I need to wait till tomorrow unprof... read more
