Really want to love this place as it is such a privilege for students to have a pharmacy on campus, but the service in general really isn’t good. Sometimes I go to pick up my prescription, there’s nobody there, and everyone behind the pharmacy counter will look at me multiple times without serving me. Sometimes I stand there for close to 10 minutes waiting to be served when there is no line. Service at the regular cash is generally speedy & cashiers are nice but their products are super expensive. This pharmacy has always helped me out when I've needed it. Shoutout to the woman pharmacist, she's diligent and such a pleasure to interact with.
There are newly hired staff here who are just plain rude or do not know how to do their job. I came in this morning trying to buy an item and I wanted to do cash and the rest on debit. The older man on the cash register seemed annoyed and started berating me to hurry up and just tap because he did not want to count money. This was very early in the morning btw, so not only was it not busy, there was simply no explanation for such a rude attitude. Very unfortunate service. Will debate or not whether to come back.
Best pharmacy in town. Great service, super knowledgeable staff.
