They have no stairs and lift is always out of order out of 4, 1-2 maximum works at a time,it's too frustrating ! Do not take a room until u have patience of a monk
No staircase in the building barring the emergency fire exit staircase. Only lift access even to go down or reach up 1 floor. Out of 3 lifts only 2 or 1 are working, always out of service. Average wait of 15minutes a day for the getting on the lifts. Otherwise the people and staff are lovely people. Residents get free soup and coffee. 2 stars for this.
