The student housing is a 6 bedroom apartment, with 2 spacious double-vanity bathrooms, and lots of room to spare in the kitchen! They include all utilities, cable, and internet and are rented on a semester basis. Our other property consists of newly built 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartments. Good clean apartments, the clubhouse is literally a date in a can, good response to maintenance requests, have had a couple hiccups with rent, but it got sorted out, so it's all good.
