The 2.4 average says it all. Honestly not a great place. Management wasn’t very good and their office hours and response time is terrible. They automatically take part of your deposit to “clean the carpet” ours definitely wasn’t cleaned before we moved in so I feel like they are just very money hungry. They also charge if you have your own couch and want to use it instead of theirs which are terrible by the way. This was the worst experience we ever had living in Rexburg. The apartments are so small and claim to be a good price. Things break so easily and the managers are impossible to get ahold of in a timely manner. They often charged for many things and changed prices of rent frequently. They resurfaced the parking lot and made rent go up because of it when it didn’t need to be done and the parking lot looked worse right after. The washing and drying machines were constantly broken. Avoid This Apartment – Misleading Listings & Poor Value We had a very disappointing experience living in this apartment and would not recommend it to anyone. There is a lot of false advertising in the listings, making the space seem much bigger than it actually is. We really enjoyed working with Morgan and Nathan. They are great people to reach out to if you have problems. Laundry here is not the best but the apartment are great and we enjoyed living here!

Campus Park, which is called At Home now, was definitely on the better side of complexes that I lived at while in Rexburg. Honestly the best thing about it is that the contracts can be on a semester basis which was really great for my wife and I as we only had one semester left after we got married. I genuinely could not find another complex that offered individual semester contracts at a good price besides At Home Rexburg.
