We had a good experience here. We stayed one semester and had no issues. We had a couple maintainence requests that were responded to quickly. If you are looking for nothing more than a cheap and safe place to eat, sleep and poop, then this is the place for you! Unfortunately despite assurances from the cleaning inspector we only received 146 dollars back from our 500 dollar deposit. This is one of the best place to live in. When you receive the apartment is always super clean. The manager, Morgan, is incredibly helpful and nice. Whenever we needed her help, she would replied and help us out faster than in other places we have lived in. The area is amazing. It’s quiet and have Porter Park so close.
It was a great apartment complex! It was a perfect first apartment for my husband and I. Plenty of parking. Was very clean when we moved in. The heated floors were nice in the winter but they were sometimes hard to control. Overall would recommend. One of the cheapest places in rexburg.
Simple, no flourishes, just the kind of apartment we were looking for!
At Home Rexburg was an okay place to live. In our opinion it is a good place to start out with as newlyweds but is not somewhere you would want to stay around for multiple leases. The space in the apartment is very small and did not have a lot of space. The laundry room was the worst part. It was very dirty and many times things were broken for long periods of time with no fixes.
