My tires got stolen, multiple of my neighbors in the apartment got their cars broken into, stolen or vandalized. Bikes get stolen but thats normal in Davis. The cameras that are supposedly recording don’t actually work, so it’s a false promise on security. I have had multiple confrontations with suspicious people in the garage. The police are also useless; since reporting multiple harassers, the harassers just come back the next day. They lag on fixing things unless you constantly bother them. Worst apartment in Davis. The management sucks, my boyfriend’s car tires got stolen, my bike got stolen, and my neighbors whole car got stolen. Somehow the cameras never work. They jank up the price on rent every year. Avoid at all costs.

PLEASE RECONSIDER YOUR LEASE!!! I used to like a good location between the campus and the downtown. But at the end, they never returned my $1250 deposit back because they have to fix the water bubble on the wall. I asked the manager several times but they never returned the deposit back.
