Campus Mgmt was great initially. I was excited about the great deal that I received for two separate apartments when I lived in Ann Arbor. The problem occurred in a studio apartment where I had multiple maintenance issues - which led to the plumbers flooding three floors worth of apartments, including mine. Since I wasn't living there full time over the summer I wasn't notified of the mess, and my things were ruined after sitting there for 2 weeks in a flooded moldy place.
